I offer options at affordable rates that are tailored to your specific needs and requirements.

​

2024: Face to face £30 per hour or Online 'Zoom' £24 per hour (i.e., 20% discount for online class) 

2025: Face to face and online £36 per hour, £40 for 1st session

​

• Pro rata for longer or shorter sessions, price is per hour e.g. in 2024: 1 person = £30, 2 people = £15, 1/2 hour £15 etc.

• Online sessions can be an alternative or to compliment face-to-face private sessions.

• No obligation for a minimum number of classes; one-off classes are welcomed, the 1st session is 1 hour minimum

1. Get in touch to for an initial chat, if I can help you, we'll agree a mutually convenient date and time for your session

2. Please complete this 'pre activity questionnaire'* before attending as it is important to check the session is suitable for you and that it can be tailored to your specific needs. All information is treated in the strictest confidence

3. You can cancel without charge, please let Pauline know if you have to postpone
