MY STORY

Fitness, yoga and Pilates have been very good to me over the years, they’ve been good fun and I truly believe they have kept my mind, body and soul together through good times and bad.

Too often people are told they have a condition and are then given a list of things they cannot do. My approach is different, instead I focus on all the things you can do safely, Pilates? Yoga? Why choose? - Do both. If you’re the kind of person who is positive, has an open mind and who believes you can improve, I will support you.

I’m not perfect but I am living proof that exercise is medicine; all you need is the right dose at the right time. Exercise, Pilates and yoga have healed me when I have encountered setbacks such as injury and accidents. I am a positive person who believes it is in our nature to recover.

 

Many of you may not know that the fastest man in the world has scoliosis - yes Usain Bolt! It literally didn't hold him back (pardon the pun!). Do what makes you feel good and works for you and you can do anything you set your mind to. 

My motivation is simple - to share with you the experience, skills and knowledge I have gained over the years because I know it works. Success is when you do what I have coached you to do, when I’m not in the room.

I am eternally grateful to all the teachers and specialists who taught me what to do and pushed me because they believed I could do it.
