Who is Spine Safe Pilates and Yoga For? Everybody!

Sessions are taught by Pauline Wood a Level 4 experienced instructor who provides private classes to individuals and small groups (up to three people).

What do you offer?

Pilates, Spine Safe Pilates, Yoga, Cancer rehabilitation exercise, Postural Stability (strength & balance), Older Adult exercise and Pre & Post surgery support. Benefit from individual coaching tailored to your needs. Ease stiff painful joints. Strengthen your core (abdominal and back muscles). Try something new. Enjoy a bit of well deserved ‘me time’.

When?

Flexible appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays in the morning, afternoon or early evening (latest 6:00pm) by prior appointment.

Where?

Pauline's light and airy, fully equipped home studio or online.

What are the benefits?

Exercise builds strength and stamina, improves flexibility, muscle tone and posture and calms the mind. Regular practice develops awareness of your body and promotes general wellbeing.

What if I'm not 100%?

Illness and injury is a normal part of life. Don’t be put off if you’re less than 100%. If you have any number of conditions, as long as your health professionals say you can exercise, I can help you.
